Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her first appearance was on the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later had roles as a supporting actress on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo is an American actor and singer, born 10 October 1977 at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in daytime dramas. Between 1995 and 1997 Navedo starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in the character of Linda Soto. The show was relaunched as Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance on screen with a brief character in Girl 6. She then played as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo first made her debut in film in the film Girl 6 (1996) and then appeared in a number of episodes of New york Undercover and The District. Navedo starred in NBC's crime-drama Law & Order for a recurring part as detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo played in numerous other movies including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo played recurring parts on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and 2013. Superfast!
